Making a purchase
At kapaskapas.com, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, quantity and address are correct before making full payment. Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.
We post all orders made before 6pm, Monday – Saturday on the same day via PosLaju and J&T. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). J&T makes deliveries every day, except public holidays.
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed or whatsapp to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.
Payment
All payments have to be made by means specified by kapaskapas.com. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard,
American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
In addition, kapaskapas.com will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Vouchers
Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Exchanges/ Returns
- All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED condition.
- All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1 & 2) will not be accepted.
- Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Please note that there may be a very minor t difference in a pair of socks. Items that vary will not be accepted as defect.
- Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Kapaskapas.com portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
- All returns will be processed by Kapas Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd, up to 3 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
- Kapaskapas.com is not liable for item purchased from a third party merchant or agents.
- All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email or whatsapp is sent.
Product Care
Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from kapaskapas.com using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page). All items should not be dried under direct sunlight. Buyers are advised not to iron
all items.
